Worldbuild (“we” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our applications, games, and websites (our “Services”). It is designed to align with the EU GDPR and South Africa’s POPIA, and with Apple App Store, Google Play, and Steam privacy expectations.

Data collection

We do not collect personal information or personally identifiable data through our apps and games. We do not ask for or store your name, email, phone number, physical address, or other identifiers.

The only data we may gather are limited, non-identifiable analytics and usage statistics (for example app usage metrics, device model, OS version, anonymized crash reports). This information cannot identify you. We do not profile users, serve personalized ads, or sell data for marketing.

Third parties and platforms

We may use third-party SDKs solely to run the Services and gather the anonymous analytics above. App Store, Google Play, and Steam may independently collect information under their own policies when you download or purchase; Worldbuild does not control that platform data.

Your rights

Under GDPR and POPIA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to processing of personal data. Because we do not collect personal data in our apps, we typically confirm that we hold no personal information about you. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority or, in South Africa, the Information Regulator.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Our Services are designed to be used without providing personal data.
